What is sensory play? put simply sensory play is any type of activity that stimulates the senses whilst your child is engaging with it; so their sight, sound, taste, smell and touch!
Hugely beneficial to their development sensory play increases your child's perception and understanding of the world and their environment. It can encourage fine and gross motor skills, cognitive skills, communication, imagination and scientific thinking.
