There was a mistake with the order but the customer service to deal with correcting it was exceptional. Who I emailed with personally checked the corrected parcel and with it arriving on the 23rd December they sent it wrapped up. Much appreciated and recommended.
This is such a perfect set for small world play. I bought it for a birthday present for my little girl, and I just know she’s going to love it. The detail is excellent and the waterfall really gives a sense of movement. Good chunky pieces-all round super pleased with this purchase! <3

This wooden ball run is a truly stunning piece. Well made, and exceptional quality which provides hours of entertainment. The sounds of the balls running down (and the additional accessories) are quite soothing and mesmerising. We have this in our toddlers bedroom and he often plays with it before bedtime as we find it is quite calming for him.
Such a fab open-ended toy for our two boys (3 & 11 years old). Not only do they look good in the home, they have so many uses. They are stepping-stones, obstacle courses, stools, sorting bowls, cars and towers. They are used on a daily basis as part of play or home life. We love them! We purchased this ball run set as an add-on to our standard tiles set. My two boys love creating ball and marble runs, and this has added hours of play to our existing tiles. Much loved and we have gone on to purchase an additional expansion set so we can extend our set to create even bigger and more complex runs.
